Refund policy

We want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. Should your order not be quite right, we offer a simple return process to help resolve the issue.

How to Request a Return

To begin a return, email us at info@arloavenue.com. Please include your order number and a short description of why you would like to return the item.

Our customer service team will review your request and send you the required return instructions.

All approved returns must be shipped to our designated warehouse in China. The full return address will be provided before you send the package. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. This applies whether the item does not fit, is unsuitable, or you have decided not to keep it.

No Restocking Fees

We do not apply restocking, handling, or return processing charges. However, customers are still responsible for the cost of shipping the return.

Refund Processing

After your returned item has arrived and passed inspection, your refund will be issued within 10 business days.

The refund will be sent back to the same payment method used when placing the order. Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to display the refunded amount in your account.

Cancelling an Order

To cancel an order, contact us at info@arloavenue.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

Once this two-hour period has passed, the order may already be prepared or processed, which means cancellation will no longer be possible. You may still return the product after delivery in accordance with this policy.
